Tim’s Story..

Tim grew up in Asbury Park, NJ and enjoyed participating in a variety of sports, from baseball to surfing. After completing high school, Tim attended Ithaca College, where he was a 4-Year varsity athlete. In 2013, he assisted the Ithaca Bombers in achieving a 41-8 record and a semi-final appearance in the NCAA Division III College World Series. After graduating in 2014, Tim went on to play in the Pecos League of Professional Baseball for 6 years with the Alpine Cowboys in Alpine, TX and the Trinidad Triggers in Trinidad, CO. During his time in the Pecos League, Tim broke numerous league and team records, including the Trinidad Triggers All-Time Hits, Walks and RBI record, and the Pecos League All-Time Hits record. After Tim’s first season in pro baseball, he also played overseas in Brisbane, Australia for the Pine Hills Lightning Professional Baseball Club.

After moving back to New Jersey in 2020, Tim accepted a position with the Peninsula River Dawgs (PRD) Baseball Academy as one of the head hitting coaches. During that time, Tim created Heart and Hustle Training LLC.  A training company built to help baseball players in their development and growth on and off the field.  Tim learned in college baseball that there are a couple things in life and the game that never go unnoticed and people will always respect regardless of the outcome.  He currently directs the PRD 2025 graduating class, committing his time to sharing his knowledge and experience to help further his player’s development.
